Fried Fish Eaten Alive -- UGH!

that video of that fuck head from russia throwing the dog off the bridge is worse than any of these vids.
 
I don't care what animal they eat. dogs, cats or rats. BUT to do what they did to that fish is torture.
 
There's another video out there where a bunch of cooks compete to prepare living fried fish as fast as they can.

They also serve raw snake. They basically cut off the head and begin to prepare the food. When the dish is prepared, the raw snake portions are still writhing and moving.

The snake is at least as good as dead. The portions that are moving have no brain, thus, no pain. (well, I don't know how long a snake head stays alive for, for most animals it means a fairly quick death).

What they do to dogs, cats, and fish it down right disturbing.

Exactly my thought when watching these.

Yeah its messed up but at least it's food and is going to be eaten.

Not the same level of fucked up as the dog thing I guess.
 
Not sure if any of you have cleaned your own fish before, but I've had bass sit there and do that after being gutted and filleted. It's a little freaky, but the autonomous nervous system in creatures that far down the food chain is just too dumb to die.
 
Ikizukuri is delicious, and I seriously doubt the fish was alive while I was eating it. Residual response of the nervous system, yes, most likely, but not alive...long.
