Fried CPU

Any of you out there actually fried a CPU by overclocking it too much? I know this can happen very easily if the heatsink/fan fall off, or aren't properly installed, but I know no one that has simply pushed it too far.

Only way I seen one fail is if it overheated when it was pushed to far...........That was alot of voltage and not enough cooling

Seen it done once with a Celeron 400MHz, and I've burned out a K6-2 300 and K6-2 333MHz simply from pushing them too far, too hard.
