Fridge issue

Hello,

I have an issue with a fridge. There is ice buildup in the lower left at the upper edge of the water collection canal.
There is also ice build up and water at the bottom.

Manual says it should be perfectly level. Arctic ANK305+.

After I leveled it front to back and left to right there is a lot less in the edge and bottom.

Using the top of the fridge to level it.

Is it possible that the fridge is not actually level left to right via leveling it on the top?

I'm not sure, it looks like a model from a country other than the US. Usually older models have seals that go bad or need to be defrosted, but yours looks pretty new.

That's not my fridge, but it's very similar to the picture.
I just changed the gasket recently.
I'll try to defrost it and clean the inside of the drain, maybe that's it.

ice in the refrigerator or in the freezer? in the fridge = set too cold, in the freezer = you have an ice dam that is too big to thaw during the normal defrost cycle, unload it and let it thaw completely by unplugging it and leaving it open.
