I think they just eat, lots of fish in their regular daily lifes, so its just normal.

the company i was with over the summer does our "weekly meeting" at this restaraunt near the office. Boss foots the bill, and its paid time since it was a meeting.

Honestly it was one of the best concepts in the business world as far as relating to your employees. You got to sit down with the boss and other employee's, talk about the past week and upcoming week and any issues in between.
