but...but...but thats what its for. Supposed to be messy just like a real desktop.

Anyway, I use the desktop for the short-term. By that I mean that I create new documents there, or save things there, and then file them away when I'm done with them. Then I clean off the desktop.

i like mine to be clean as well i use true launch bar on my desktop, but nothing more.
