Btw, what do folks use for takin pics? Mine comes out to about 12 megs. 1600x1200x32 on 2 monitors. I have about 40 sessions of IE open, does that matter?

On windows, hit the printscreen key, then paste into a graphics app, then save as a JPG or PNG.
On *NIX, use gimp or ksnapshot.

Ok, Here is my desktop that I am very proud of but is partially still in progress.

Now for the linkage and info...

1) The background is a rotating image of the earth that uses a program called xplanet. More info can be found on this thread

4) A nice little program that enhances your taskbar by a lot is

5) The quick search bar that is powered by google but can be used to do a number of things in the taskbar is

One I have is Pulse8 What is that Trillian skin you have? It'd go great with my RhodiumEdge XP skin.

OH WOW nevermind I found it Pulse8 The whole ChosenOS skins RULE! I might have to change some stuff around

Mine is another xplanet desktop. Thanks to neomits. If you have problems just look at my config settings. I haven't played around with it to the extent that neomits and some others have but this little program seem to be able to do alot of stuff.

If you're interested here's my old desktop

Hey neomits, are the stars in your background real?
