Friday Desktop and Workspace Thread!

It's probably Friday in Iceland or something.

First, we must have a link to Coolmon, the program that puts system info on Windows desktops.
It has also become clear in recent weeks that a link to Corneramp, the Winamp3 skin that sits in a corner, is just as important.
Also, as per recommendation, here's a link to Style XP, which lets you use custom skins for Windows XP.

That's the good thing about open source desktops like KDE, Enlightenment, and so on: You don't need a bunch of extra stuff to have things like system info or skins. 🙂

That said, it's time to show off MY desktops! 😀

Collective: Low Quality High Quality

Both are a month and a half old, but haven't changed since.

Let's see yours!

BTW, if your desktop is in any way not safe for work or school, PLEASE say so! I have to have my pointer on the close button every time I click a desktop link because of all the unlabled NSFWOS desktops!

this is getting sad electrode... I'm gonna have to start posting this yesterday to beat you too it.

give me a few minutes to get my desktops pics up

The only reason I try to beat everyone else is because I want to ensure a link to coolmon and a request for unsafe for work or school desktops to be labeled as such appears in the first post.

If I could be assured that such things would be done, I would be happy to be the 5th to post a desktop in another's FDT. 😀

<< Whisler Flat (Makes XP look decent) + some of the stuff I downloaded over the last week 😀

haha-- yeah- i'd say you downloaded quiet a few things 🙂
and your ICQ-- i didnt realize that you had just drawn over your buddy list-- took me like a minute to figure out what was going on.. I was like "what the hell is that"

Linux is alright, but the iBook is too slow for my main computer. I think the 100mhz bus ones are great, but I bought mine a little too early 😛

OpenBSD is my #1 choice overall. Check my sig rigs for more info (should be up to date).

Wait...so is that OS X or is that OpenBSD 😕

OS X. I only had the iBook with me, but when I saw the new OpenBSD poster I decided I needed to make a theme based on it. Since I couldnt play with blackbox I settled for messing with the gimp and editting the file with my lack of skills. 😛
