frequent BSODs

I am experiencing frequent BSODs....e.g. i simply lock windows with no background load (except the boot processes).,..when I check after 4 hours or so, I get these BSODs...

any help on this regard will be highly appreciated...

I remember having weird BSODs after screen locking windows 7 shortly after it was released. It didn't happen often enough for me to fuss with my computer to try to fix it, but now I don't have the issue.

So my first reaction would be to run updates (as you indicated no updates had been applied).

hey thanks a lot...disabling sleep mode did the trick...though a question....any idea why it caused these BSODs?
