As has been mentioned, the French seems pretty bad (inconsistencies, inelegant grammar, etc). Here is a translation as I see it (I'm not a French expert, just from what I can tell from my limited learnings in school):
Je voudrais parler avec toi, mon petite: I would like to speak with you my dear.
ERROR: mon petite is contradictory and the "mon" implies that you are male. The type of mistake school children snicker at.
Je vous manque: I miss you.
ERROR: I don't think this is correct, and besides, he switched from familiar (toi) to formal (vous). This is inconsistent.
Est-ce que vous etes sain? sur?: <I have no idea, sorry.>
Je vous se soucie de: I worry about you.
ERROR: I don't think the French end sentences in "de" but I'm not sure.
Penser de moi: Think of me.
ERROR: Think of me would be an imperative statement (that means it is a request or order). Penser is the unconjugated form of think, therefore, literally, the sentence says "To think of me".

Dang. Is everyone on AT fluent in another language or something. Some of you claim limited French ability. I took Spanish for 2 years and can now say only small sentence fragments.

The person who wrote this is either 1) not fluent in french or 2)was intended to be written for someone else and you're spying on their conversation. Seems as if they took english and then tried to translate it into french. Doesn't flow right. They wrote this in the formal manner using the formal "vous" to refer to you when "tu" would have sufficed if they really knew you well. Word for word, here is what it means:
"I would like to talk with you my small. I miss you. Are you healthy? I care about you. Think of me."

If, when you're learning another language, you have a good teacher or a series of good teachers, it makes it a lot more enjoyable.
And yes the song in my sig is depressing, but it has significance to me from a very painful time in my life.

Literally means "You miss me" -- rather presumptuous! Actually, it's a very common error because it does not directly translate from English to French -- you have to reverse the subject and object. So, in English it would read "You miss me" but in French, Tu me manque or Vous me manquez means "I miss you". Similarly, "I miss France" becomes La France me manque.
The next part is bizarre. The sentence "Est-ce que vous etes sain?" implies that you are a man, which I don't think is accurate (it should be "saine" and inquires if you are healthy. Eh? He then asks "sur?" (how do you do that carrot top?) -- apparently to mean, "are you sure?"
Now it gets even worse. The next sentence is complete gibberish. Either he's trying to be concerned about your well-being (he wants to worry himself about your health) or he's trying to be crude and using soucier when he wants to use sucer (replace "-er" with "k" for the English equivalent).
