This summer I went to New Orleans.. It was fun. Loved the drinks, people (in french quarter anyway) were friendly. I'd definitely do it again.. My only complaints are drinks were expensive, waitresses would not bring me change and every damn stripper seemed like a damn prostitute asking if I wanted the $300 "VIP" dance, lol. We had a room at the Prince Conti Hotel. Affordable rates and the damn building was so old. Had a few interesting "orb" photos taken.

Crazy stories? Not too many, friend had sex with a stripper, one tried to get my other friend to pay $1300 for a "VIP" dance, they put tequila in our beers before serving them (without us asking).. Some strange dude was following for a while outside until we walked near police. If I remember anything thing else I'll post.

I love New Orleans. When I finally get back down there I may try to avoid the Bourbon St. experience and actually try to enjoy the history for once. 😉

It is at mardis gras. Craziest party I've seen in the real world, anyway. Nothing wild happened to me but just the number of people (topless and otherwise) was wild, and the atmosphere was truly very electric. I had a good time, wouldn't mine seeing it again.
