The rockets were fired from a home-made launcher disguised as a power generator. Six hit the hotel, two hit the ground, six more did not explode and 11 failed to launch.

Here I'll help... recently produced french missles were used to kill Americans.... how were these missles acquired?... If france sold a terrorist group some missles wouldn't you say that was a problem? Buying a Nissan is just a whee bit different than buying a missle... or maybe you're too stupid to know that?

LOL
yeah, must be very modern and efficient weaponry when the majority did not even explode
The Polish troops also claimed to have found French rockets in the Iraqi dessert. The truth was that the Roland 3 missile was last produced in 1993.
btw: your source (the sun) is the equivalent of ink on garbage. They are know for their hatred against the French.

tnitsuj,
First off... when did we make the leap to Israel. But if we must... yes you're somewhat right... alot of weapons in the hands of Palestinians did in fact come from Israel... like tens of thousands of M-16s handed over as part of the 1993 Oslo Accords. In addition to weapons bought from greedy Israelis.... also many weapons are smuggled from Egypt and Jordan.
Anyway... I concede to your point... we don't know how the french missles got there... and it's very likely that it was some greedy frenchman, and not "THE FRENCH". I never meant to insinuate "THE FRENCH"... I meant to point out though that it's certainly worth looking into... and is hardly compareable to the posters example of the truck using gasoline.

No I know exactly what I'm talking about... tens of thousands of rifles were given to the PA as part of the Oslo Agreement in 1993... their purpose being for use by the PA security forces, and police. And why do you say "We"?... are you Israeli?...

A military weapon is a bit different than a consumer good...

Yes, the ones found by the poles were made in france, just not the manufacture date was wrong in the first report.
