FREEZE with my CUV4X chipset Apollo Pro133Z

hi

my pc who build by myself freeze a lot of time:
- during games
- during SETI Program
- during surf on net
- during instalation..

Screen fixed : the solution at this moment is a sudden stop ( ctrl+alt+sup don't work.

my configuration :
- Motherboard CUV4X , VIA Apollo Pro 133Z Chipset
- PIII EB 733 Mhz FCPGA
- 133 Mhz FSB
- SDRAM 128 MO 133Mhz
- Bios award rev 1006
- WIN 98SE
- DD SEAGATE ATA2 BARRACUDA 20,4GO
- SB LIVE!1024
- VIDEO CARD AGP4X MSI 8808 RIVA TNT2 32MO
- ADSL modem
- network card :32 Bit PCI Ethernet Adapter

I updated the VIA driver with VIA 4-in-1 Driver version 4.25a
I updated Win98SE
I updated the driver video card

I had the same problem all the time :blue screen or fixed screen;
the cooling fan are ok ,the temperature of the cpu is ok.

I test my pc enough adsl modem, the problem is the same..
