IMO, a lot better than Irfan, almost as good as ACDSee. Free.

This looks pretty good. I like their screen capture tool since it actually lets you capture a scrolling web page (as long as you load it in IE). I'll try to update the thread this weekend and clean it up a bit.

May I also suggest 'Courier' as an E-mail client? It is the successor to Calypso. I use it myself, and the company that picked up development for it (http://www.rosecitysoftware.com) is, at least for now, giving away free licenses for it.
