freeware program for web sidebars

anyone know of a good freeware program, or any program that makes nice side bars for web pages? i have adobe golive, and ms frontpage, is there a way to make them in either of those programs? thanks in advance for the help

This is basically a set of roll over images formated in a table, or simply hard return breaks < B R >. No fancy name or anything. You need a series of rollover images (normal, over, press (if desired)) and then format them as your sidebar.

Yeah, you could easily just create the images as mentioned above and I'm sure find the javascript for the rollovers somewhere on the net

Did you know you can change the text color, the background color, underlines, overlines, boldness, italicization, size, and even positioning using plain old html and stylesheets? That there's no need to involve images or javascritp?
