It is there firewall/antivirus package and some other stuff.

There it is if you want it. But personally, i would rather have the viruses before using McAfee's consumer products😉


(although their enterprise products are quite nice)

What about all the Comcast broadband users who have multiple computers in a home network?

Anyone recommend getting this? I have AVG Free and it seems to be working fine, but hell, I dunno what kinds of stuff people can get into in my computer. Will it eat away at a lot of resources?

Mcafee's home products use a good deal of ram, see this thread for detection rates and stuff.
