true. I lost my password and I have exchange about 20 emails with the tech support people. They respond every 2 or 3 days. Everytime it is a new person and tells me that he will email me password in a separate email. WTH???

also, recovering password on their website does not work.

terrible service. but for free it is good i guess 😀
