Ignorance is bliss.

Nowhere does it say 6 months is the limit, it says that I guarantee that the hosting offer will run for a minimum of 6 months. No accounts have been cancelled, nor has anybody been asked to pay.

The whole motivation for guaranteeing a certain amount of time is because dartworth launched his offer 2 times before I launched mine, and then quickly retracted it both times. It looks like dartworth finally turned around with his latest offer and hasn't asked people to leave, I guess you can applaud that.

I really would like to put together a small commercial website but I don't know where to begin. My brother and I had a "pro" put one together but I don't like the results, the poor support and the insulting arrogance of the guy.

Now I'd like to do one myself but I will need a shopping cart that can handle bundles of the things I'm selling with bundled pricing. I would like to price bundles of 25, 50, 100 of my products but the Virtuemart that we currently have doesn't do that.
What shopping cart if any can I use, Devious, on your servers? What modules can I use to connect to which gateways, shippers? Am I responsible for installing these software modules? Is there a forum where peeps will coach me through the steps so I can learn as I go?
I'm reading a book now on website design, but I don't have one about servers or cpanel or DA.

I need to learn how to create a commercial website and then do it.

Thanks.

I had planned on temporarily stoping the free accounts, but I think I'll begin giving out more free accounts again. I'll catch up with any emails that didn't get accounts in a few minutes.

Bump. This is one awesome free service! I just realized it has MySQL too! which I needed for my summer school programming project. Sweeeet.

Dartworth is a pompus asshole, make no doubts about it.

Eric offers a quality service. I'm on his paid account and can only have good things to say about him. He's always fast about fixing problems, he's always working at making the service better.

He's got a great webhosting company going on, whether it's the free accounts or paid.
