its actually been proven that in areas of high protein intake such as many asian and alaskan cultures, the women have a 65% increase of osteoporosis, due to the increased protiens. hence the real reason why milk really isnt good for you, its actually bad for your bones as it deprives calcium, i forget how, i have to find the links somewhere. plus i wasnt concerned about the health reasons i was more concerned about environmental reasons. didnt you see my explain that? but of course that was strictly hypothetical.
