This is the thread where I validate your decisions. Come on in and tell me about your remorse. It's okay, you're on the right track. You did the right thing.

I came in here expecting a trainwreck from the first reply. I was not disappointed.

😀

well, I'd LIKE to bring up a decision I made a few months ago.

It seems a lot of people dont agree with it and were quite enthusiastic about telling me so.

But I dont want this thread locked either.

Long ago I decided to stick with DOS. Yep, Disk Operating System. Even when Windows 3.0 came out, I thought: Multitask? Really? How silly! How can I do two things at the same time? Either I have a Word Processor open or a Spreadsheet; why would I need both open at the same time? Nobody will want Windows, I'm sticking with DOS.

We came in early after only an hour of fishing last night. Storms were threatening (though I was pretty sure they'd blow by), so we ran like refugees to a border state. Only had like 8 fish in the cooler at that point.

This was a wise decision, Win sucked until 3.1.

You were there; you knew what you were facing. We don't get instant replays in real life. Everyone went home.

The fish will always be there and you are here to fish another day.
