I think too many people signed up for this. This page has received over 10,000 hits. Imagine 10,000 orders, and Im willing to bet this isnt the only hot deals site this has been posted to. They are probably never going to fill all the orders. And might even put everyone on some sort of watch list. It isnt that hard to tell where your page is being referred from and take some sort of action. But Im just speculating. /paranoia

16mb? They can keep it.
 
I always make sure I don't leave a refer trail on free stuff...I want my free stuff!!
I signed up for one on the second and two more later for the edu and govt 🙂

I am actualy have a semi-legit reason to get one, I am looking to get windows xp ;p

16MB? WTF. That won't hold any bloated MS software. Why bother? I guess free is free but if this is true then this sucks.
 
Thanks a lot...I hope I actually get this one, I never got the 128 mb Swiss Army one I signed up for on Avaya
 
I have to believe the drive size information was a fairly recent addition. Oh well, I was expecting at least 128mb, but 16mb is better than nothing. 🙂 BTW, I probably signed the form within the first three days of it being posted. And I haven't received any backorder e-mail, or any e-mail from Microsoft, as a matter of fact.

Ditto, I got on this before 95% and still haven;t gotten mine...
For that matter all the other stuff from other sites I ordered on the same day I haven't reciveved except for some postit notes photo paper and a $1 coupon for a free KFC snacker...
Sad really...
