I hate those mystery gifts. There is a reason why they hide the identify of the item they're going to send you. It'll either be useless or it'll be a sample asking you to purchase the entire item.

If it was a sample, they'd probably tell you. My guess is its a pen, or a pad of post-its, or some other piece of junk with advertising on it.
