This stuff is great. It is a rubber tape that sticks only to itself. It works great for rounding your own cables. I bought 2 10' rolls for $8 shipped. They come in a multitude of colors and sizes. Check out a review of it HERE.

I wrapped my floppy, 12" IDE and 18" IDE cables and only used about 6 feet of it.
