I didn't know about it. Thought it was odd a friend had one so I checked out his NS records and found this site.

By the way, just an fyi for everyone... if you get the free domain, you have to use it as a redirect and you do not own the domain. It stays in their control...
 
Only thing is that when you go to a .tk site it does a popup before redirecting to your site.. I pay for my domain cause I can't stand popups.. Nice if you have a very hard to remember domain name though..

True. It is "stealth redirection" so your real web host is permanently hidden in the address bar by the domain. It's not bad for light use 🙂

It doesn't do a pop-up for me...odd.

They are really professional. I've been using them for over two years and have never had a problem. Highly recommended.

Once you have a .tk domain set up, exactly how do you turn off their pop-ups? I see no option for this in the profile (or anywhere else). Can someone help out the visually-impaired?

Click the "Dot TK Linker Promo" and choose the radio button which corresponds to "No Banner" 🙂
