Free The Movie Channel on cable (Time Warner Only?) right now

I don't know if this applies to any other Time Warner Cable folks, but I just noticed that I have free TMC (The Movie Channel - Channel 66 for TWC Queens) right now. Can anyone confirm this?
 
They always do previews to get customers hooked. When they turn the channel off, customers will hopefully come flocking in to order the channel.
