Just tried it.

It installs a program on your computer. The software is actually pretty brain-dead. There are two boxes. The box on the left is an alphabetical list of words. Scroll and click on any word, and a one-sentance definition pops up in the right box. There is also a "search" box. It seems somewhat useful. Well worth the price. Thanks OP.
