It's DNS servers are mp3.com.
Doubt it's the RIAA behind this unless they are in bed with mp3.com...

yesss, thanks for the heads up, i hope i get a copy, free music cds are always nice! especially if i dont have it already.

however, i'm worried about the first 5000 part, knowing the AT effect, it doesnt allow much time to pass before thats filled up.

anyway thanks again

Thanks for the freebie! You know I only listen to CDs in my car and burned ones at that. I hate to see the copy protection pass, since I only burn stuff that's either my collection or non-copyrighted stuff. Who likes the whole album, haven't found one I liked completely. I also like carrying stuff in my iPaq cut's down on junk to carry around.

"...and if you are one of the first 5000..."

d'oh - they don't even tell you if you'll get one or not!

thanks rangerX!!

mf

...can't spell 😱

DID you see those guy? They exemplify white trash! All they need is a trailer behind them cover in hub caps to feel right at home!

"...you will receive your FREE copy of "More Music from The Fast and the Furious" CD soundtrack..."

In other words, NOT the actual soundtrack.

Wonder what the survey is really being used for. Wonder what happens if you say you download and constantly
burn music CDs?

Note:

You can also get this same CD by ordering Fast and the Furious via Pay Per View (atleast on Direct TV)

Even then $4 or so for a CD is pretty good if you've seen the movie or not

<< Hmmm, giving away a non-rippable CD and asking LOTS of questions about downloading and burning MP3s. Makes me wonder if this isn't a RIAA sponsored website. >>

Paranoid much?

Signed up. Loved the movie. 🙂

And all you paranoid Phreaks out there... I happen to know for sure that if you click I download music from the net
AND you also check constantly on burn CD's that a huge hairy man named Alfonso comes to your house and tortures
you until you give up the names of all your Music Stealing friends. C'mon. 😉

And I thought it just meant they sent you a CD filled with viruses. 🙂

Yeah, the virus wipes out your harddrive if you attempt to play this in your CDRom drive...

Oh and this does not have anything to do with the recording industry?
