Thanks. Has anyone ever used this software before?
I usually get TurboTax or TaxCut when they are free after rebate.

IIRC, federal is free, state is <$20. I've used it the last few years (family, house sale & purchase, itemized deductions)

It's not bad...did require *me* to decide what went where, etc...(made me work a bit to remember my accounting!). Not the best for complicated taxes if you don't have a pretty good idea what you're doing going in to it. If you have a simple return, then I would think that ALL the packages would be pretty darn easy!

I have used this program for the last 3 years but I have paid 7.50 for it. Easy configuration just like Turbotax.

Still can't beat turbotax and taxcut deals at staples, OD, OM, etc. Last month I got turbotax fed (with free e-filing), turbotax state, quicken deluxe, a nice (retails for $30) paper shredder all for $25 after 4 rebates at staples. Sold quicken for $18. So basically I got the turbotax pack and the paper shredder for $7. Love the paper shredder, no more tearing up letter by hands!

i've used taxcut for the past few 7 or 8 years. they paid me to use it w/ all the freebies and rebates that come w/ it.
