Sounds like a way to check for multiple requests coming from 1 person. But what a stupid way to check for duplicate requests... So 1234 Main St, anytown, US 12345 and 1234 Memorial Blvd, Anytown, US 12345 would match. Even though they go to 2 different streets. Stupid programmers...

And unfortunately my street address # is generic ole '100'.

Edit: I tried it with my parents address too (120) in the same zip, but it didn't work either. Tried again with mine, but added the +4 to the zip and it worked. Every time that happens though, it resets all the survey questions. Stupid.
