FREE SPEECH on the Internet... when has it gone too far?

Not sure if this is a repost or not, but I just wanted to let the Anandtech/Computer community know what is going on in the Aquatic community.

In short, currently an online company is filing a lawsuit against a person who posted his negative opinions about the company's service on the internet.

I think it sucks that companies like these exist. If this ruling is in favor of the company, then I'm pretty sure it will affect all other online communities that purchse items on the net from online retailers, computers being one of them.

What do you guys think?
