Free smoothies April 16th- 20th from Jamba Juice

Can you get 1 per day - meaning, 5 free smoothies over the course of the 5 days? Or do they limit you somehow? Did anyone go last year?

I believe that each location is doing it on just one day... but the days vary from the 16th to the 20th. So, by all means check out other locations.
 
Hmmm...doesn't look like anybody's local for me. Wonder if it's worth a 60 mile trip to San Francisco?
Looks like I could get 5 on the 20th all around the city.
Maybe I can take my stoner friends down for an incredible 4/20 experience. Get them all really high at Haight/Ashbury, then everybody gets free smoothies. Sounds cool...now all I need is a damn car.

Question : there is no jamba juice here in ny.. but there are alot of smoothie places... a friend of mines swears by this drink... says its the best.... so since i never had a smoothie, I said to my coworkers ... lets go for a smoothie and they all laughed..saying.. whats wrong with you.. what are you a girl?

Is smoothies a girl thing? If so whats the equivalent for a guy. So far every guy thinks its queer to drink a smoothie so now im reluctant to go downstairs and order a smoothie... damn you all!
 
Maybe the men that aren't comfortable with their masculinity think it's queer. I love the things except there are none anywhere near me except for an hour and a half drive which sucks.

Maybe if you said Let's go to Jamba Juice instead of Let's get a Smoothie it might work better. But I lvoe them and if there was one local to me I'd go there every day.

hahahha there are no jamba juices in NY... but there are other stores that sell smoothies.... i dont know what else to call them.. but when i do call them by name.. every guy goes... what the...? you want a smoothie? really now.. what is wrong with smoothies? Is it the name..? Anyways what does a smoothie taste like? its thin..or thick?
 
I am all for free promotional stuff, but I find it hilarious how long people will wait in line for something free...

I think the last time I went to something like this it was a free chiliburger from a local burger chain.

A $2.50 chiliburger and people were waiting in line for like an hour.

Hell I'd be happy to pay the $2.50 to get my burger in 2 minutes. Maybe people's time isn't as valuable as one would think...

Fragged is right, sometimes the "hot deal" isn't quite as hot as you think. You waste a LOT of time getting "free" stuff and it turns out you are wasting time. I ride the train into Chicago, every day I see people walking through the train picking up discarded sections of the paper until they have a complete paper. This saves them 50 cents!!! but they waste 10 minutes to do it. Today I saw a guy rummaging in the trash to "save" some $$$ by not buying a paper. Have some pride and self respect man!

You have to balance the time spent chasing a "hot" deal to what you are actually saving...

i guess the guys you know are all ultra macho pigs or something😛 hell there are jamba juices at all the malls and college campuses, you see guys walking around with jambas all the time😛 its healthy, it tastes good, why not😛 its more lame to have a big gut from eating fast food all the time😉
 
just got back from jamba juice in santa monica, CA. *takes sip of banana berry smoothie* MMmmmmmMM, energy boost is the way to start off the day 😉...*slurp*....

btw the place is bumping...theyre music and the ppl are yelling. they give a free energy bar too and some coupons. pretty good.
 
this is great!!! we just went to the one in Irvine off Harvard, and also the one in Newport Beach just past Triangle Square. There was a 10-15 min wait at the Irvine location, but the one in Newport Beach had virtually NOBODY! we walked in and out within 5 mins... I LOVE JAMBA JUICE! i got the Jamba Power Boost (with all 5 boosts), plus an extra free energy boost. i'm gonna be off the walls later...
