Just got shot down at my place in Mira Mesa, San Diego. "DUE TO SOMETHING SOMETHING OUT OF CONTROL WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING THESE COUPONS".. Sucks cuss I already ordered the sandwich 🙁
 
Still working in Riverside, CA, at the University Ave store.

Signs clearly say they do not take coupons that do not have a CLEAR exp date.
 
Those locations where the employees/managers are telling folks that they are not reimbursed by Quiznow corporate speak with forked tongues. They are reimbursed for the cost of the sandwich, and they will get some new customers in the process.

This person speaks with a forked brain. I have said this before in a previous post, but, as a Quiznos owner, corporate does NOT reimburse the franchisee for this offer. We lose money on each coupon.

As for the new customer, yes, to some extent. Mostly it is people like this person quoted above who just want to punish the business and get stuff for free. He won't end up being a valuable customer no matter what.

This offer was designed to introduce people to Quiznos and hope that they enjoy it and come back. It had good intent. However, it does no one any good when some jerk copies a thousand of them and stands in front of your store handing them out or stands in your lobby distributing them to ty and make himself look some sort of benefactor.

Guys that own these stores aren't millionaires. When franchisees reject the coupon, it is most likely because someone was doing the same to him. When people abuse the coupons to that extent, it ruins it for everyone.

i was there yesterday. didnt you see the signs posted up? shouldve seen those before you ordered. one was on the door. and one was right next to the place where you enter to order.
 
DiGi2 has just one of several different accounts of how this coupon is handled. But, irregardless, this is no different than any other hot deal. The terms of the deal are printed on the coupon. One coupon per person, per visit.

The consumer isn't trying to screw anyone here.
 
Interesting that this induhvidual seems to equate actually using the coupon, including making it available to others, as abuse. Hrm. Yeah, yeah, participating locations only and all that. Still makes me fervently hope that these "not millionaires" that dick the customer around end up out of business.
 
Just got myself a tuscan chicken sandwhich. Paid the difference for a regular sized sub. Good stuff. I didn't even know there was a quiznos near my house until I looked it up on their website. Oh and while I was there, they gave me a coupon where you buy one sandwhich, get the second one for 99 cents too!
 
Great coupon, used it hmm 5 times at two different local Quiznos. Plan to use it some more this week, hope I don't get shot down. And I will agree that I like Q better than Subway.
 
worked in chicago today. 🙂

i wasn't too impressed with the mequite chicken and am going to try the tuscan later this week.

I have the actual print (.doc or .pdf) of the page before Citysearch took the original one down if anyone is interested...let me know.

EDIT: looking at the network drives, I can't find the actual screen shot of the page, but I did find the copy of the coupon image.
 
Tried it in albertville MN and the guy said they couldn't take it anymore. would have been nice if they had a sign😛

the quizno's in renton, wa on rainier next to hollywood video is still accepting these coupons. i see that no one has brought this up but i think most people should at least tip the workers $1 if they have the money, cause this deal is just amazing. even after the tip, its still a great deal.
