I'm pretty sure it is, it's a big promotion that doesn't cost the company that much money so it'd be odd if they tried to not participate.
 
I find it rather amusing that people are complaining about something that's FREE. 😕 If it's on your way to work/home and it's like 300 degrees outside (like it is here!), it's worth the little effort.
 
My crew from work got busted for getting too many 'refills' and I saw some mexican kid who must have gotten 5-10 of them. Can't believe that little dude didn't get a brain freeze! Not complaining tho, just thought it was amusing.
 
I went twice today.

Few people stood there for a while and tried everything
If you grab 5 of them out your an asshole

no point of 7-11 getting cause people will abuse it
The guy even told me to pass on the word 🙂
 
This is everday for me since my parents own a 7-11 haha but nonetheless everyone should check this out, try out the flavors and such
