Don't know if it was a fat-fingering on my part, or slight of hand on theirs, but I was forced to reinput my password (error message said that it could only contain alpha-numerics, which is what I thought I had input). But wouldn't you know it, all the boxes that I had unchecked were re-checked when I re-did my password. . .
