At http://www.11cb.com you can get Vantec round cables starting at $5 for a floppy cable to $8 for 18inch ide. Best of all, if the order is over $15 you get free shipping. The prices are already lower that other sites but the free shipping clinches the deal. I ordered a gold pair of IDE and they even called me up to tell they the cables were out of stock. I switched colors and the shipment went out that same day.

I wouldn't say you were jipped once you consider cost of the packaging materials, labels. etc. If you wanna jipped check out some of those pricewatch stores.

For a few bucks I prefer a name brand name, even in cables. Of course I would rather get cooler master Icables but I found no good deal on them. Both Googlegear and NewEgg charged $5-6 per cable for shipping.

Yeah, I think it was on SVC site or something, but the description of the non-pull tab cables, tell you how they are far superior to pull tab cables. Then the description of the translucent rounded cables they also sell (which have pull-tabs) tells you how great the pull-tab cables are. Guess they didn't expect anyone to read both...

hi Zclyh3, i order 2 dual ata/100 round cable from ur site b4. both cable are dead after 3-4 months. i was questioning the quality of the cable, But yesterday I order 2 more round cable from you again, this time I go for the higher ones-silver, copper at $5..25 each....

i hope this time they won't disappoint me again. or i will never gonna try them anymore!
