mrVW, I bow to your superior intellect and inside knowledge. =) Unlike many of the "Then go somewhere else posts", your posts were actually informative and insightful. "Venture capital hath given and venture capital hath taken away..." On a sidenote, my cousin's entire company just got liquidated after VC cut off the cash flow. Such is life.

AHH! Mail in rebate. I hate mail in rebates. Takes too long and sometimes they don't give you the money, especially kingston's rebate company.

I read the Kingston Rebate and it says you have to buy the product
from Inpowr Services between 02-01-01 to 02-16-01.

Corinthos, all onvia products are fullfill by inpower services. The problem is the rebate expired...

Binar, the Sony floppy is here. To find it on OnVia's site, you need to bore all the way down through 'storage' and 'floppy drives' to '3.5" floppy drives' (which gives you the complete list of what they have).

Well I just got myself a Antec SX1030B computer case with my American Express Blue. Went to pricewatch and found it being sold for ~$85. Already did the best value guarantee.

Hmmmm, What do you mean by "Best Value Guarantee"????

Does that means you got the case for $85 bucks Shipped????

Thanks for the heads up on free-shipping. Just picked up a Antec sx1030 for $97. Figured this post saved me about $25 in shipping.

sweet comments, i bet these exact words will be spouted in history classes 20 years from now.
And the correlation of sears to now and the advent of new technologies to make big spenders spend even more as usual. Hehe this reminds me of my 19th century european history class and the advent of industrialzation changing so many things.. such as is the internet today. Of course with all those robber barons they actually had the material to sell (steel, oil, cotton etc) and these online guys just have investors..

hehe wired magazine was always so hot over this shizat.. now everyones broke :p

and that ends todays lesson :)

I could not find the link to that Enlight case w/o PS on Onvia. I was looking at that before they merged and dropped free shipping/while raising prices. It was $29.95 but always on back order. Then they removed the link for it. Search did not find it.

Do you have the link to it?

I too was interested in that case. I did a parts search on 7237 and came up with these two EN7237003 and 7237003 with different prices. I don't know if there is a difference. I believe the official Enlight part number is EN7237003.

The EN # was the one I saw back then. If both are cases w/o PS's, where did the other 4 lbs go? $1.90 different too. Hmmmm.

Thanks for the links. Looks like an info-hunt is necessary here.

This is great. Now I will most likely order things from them again. I got my P3 700, 32mb GTS card, Antec SX1030B, and Plextor 12/10/32 scsi drive from them when they had free shipping and lots of coupons. No coupons now, but you've got to love free shipping.:)

Is Onvia Canada free shipping again too? I'm too lazy to Create New Account to check because I'm not going to order anything at this point... but just curious

I also ordered the Sony 3.5" Floppy - Link

Ordered on 2/27 at 11:20 and it came yesterday on 2/28. Wow that was fast! The box the floppy came in was packed in foam and that box was in a larger box packed in bubble wrap. All for $10.39!

Thanks all for turning me on to the great deal.

As for the USB cables at Costco. It is $6 for 2 cables (1 AB, 1 AA extension). Both cables in a pack.
