I used to be a big fan of buy.com, but now that there is no live CSR, I'm gonna stay away unless they have some incredible dealz....and this is not it.

I'm having difficulty completing my transaction at Buy.com. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? This is the first time this has happened to me, so I don't *think* I'm doing anything incorrectly. I click the "Checkout" button, a new page begins to load and then ... nothing happens. Well hopefully it's only something temporary; I'd like to get in on this free shipping.
