Free Sample of Myosport Creatine (U.S Only)

I don't know about this brand of creatine, but personally, when it comes to taking supplements, I only trust the biggest names. I like to use EAS, although its pretty expensive. EAS SynthVol HP is pretty hardcore stuff..it's 10g creatine and 5g protein per serving as well as a thing called Vitagro that promotes insulin production (sugar) so your body will absorb the creatine. I've tried the liquid creatine, but I wasn't too crazy over it. If you are taking creatine for the first time, first, only take it if you are working out regularly...having a bench in your basement and using it once every week doesn't count...secondly, start off with creatine that has 5g per serving...10g a serving is way too much for those that never used it. EAS does make a 5g a serving creatine (can't recall the name right now)...but EAS is definetly a name to trust as well as pharmacutical grade supplements.

Recent studies indicate that your body can't absorb that much creatine at once. Now the experts are saying that if you are taking 5 - 7 grams per day that you should take it in doses of 1 - 1.5 grams for maximum absorption. Your body can only produce a limited amount of the chemicals needed to transfer the creatine on a cellular level. Therefore, taken in smaller doses, more seems to get into your system. I agree with you about the bigger names when it comes to using supplements, their quality control has to be able to pass inspection whereas the mom and pops are looking to cut corners.

I'm currently using phosphagen HP but also had good results from Metrx creatine. I'm 6'4 and 240 lbs and all natural baby!!

Free samples are cool, but heed the advice above. Also, creatine doesn't seem to improve performance of peeps under 26.

Lifter beware!

how is that so?? i was thinking about using creatine.. im 22

At 22? Your body is producing more testosterone and GH naturally now than at any time in your life!! Do the work, hit the gym, eat right, you'll get there. Creatine may add water to your system and may help you see some smaller gains but the most noticeable gains are for peeps over 26 and much more noticeable for peeps over 30.

You got it happenin naturally dude!! Work out, your body will respond with a vengenance!!
