Yes, but it's only to the extent that Japanese people tend to be of smaller stature in general.

After reading waaaaay too much literature about penis size (*sigh* don't ask), basically everyone has pretty much the same penis size regardless of race anyways, but people who are smaller tend to have smaller penises, since they're just smaller people.

Of course this is only "in general" anyways, so there are plenty of tall people with...disproportionately small packages, and short people with disproportionately big packages (midget porn!).

OK, sorry for mentioning midget porn.

So...if you're asian, don't worry-you're just as statistically likely to have the same size penis as anyone else of any other race that's the same size as you.

So now you can just feel bad about being short. Not only will you earn less money than taller people, your penis will likely be smaller. But on the upshot I think you guys might live longer than the super tall people, so that's something to look forward to.

I kid about feeling bad about being short though!
