Actually, I don't think it is a repost. That earlier post refers to going to their Web site and volunteering for 6 metric tons of spam to be delivered to your mailbox. I subscribe to US Weekly, so you can imagine my pleasant surprise when I found a free candy bar coupon waiting for me on page 21 -- without the 6 metric tons of spam 🙂

I actually havent received any spam from this promotion since I first signed up. I believe this promotion is targeted more towards getting people to try the candy bar than to collect email addresses for spamming purposes.

From their privacy policy:
"(b) Get a Coupon: Hershey Foods Corporation will only use this information for mailing your coupon. Data will be kept for a maximum of two weeks and then discarded."

Not to mention that the candy bar will cost you the price of the magazine unless you find it acceptable to "take" it from the newsstand...

actually there have been in coupons in the last 3 espn mag issues and one other magaizne i cant recall so i have been eating them all week they are real good too!🙂
