Jack FM 93.1 in LA is pretty good. All the songs are pretty good, and about half of them are 80s. They don't have very many commercials and the rest is just music.

The music channels are commercial free. others have ads, but I still love my XM. I never listen to over the air radio anymore.

I get traffic and weather on the 8s on free radio (wbbm 780 Chicago ... w00t). However, there are no radio stations that play any acceptable music (Except for rebel radio, but that's more like a 1 hour show and it's never when I'm driving)
