Watched some gameplay videos of the pc version and walkthroughs on YouTube. This game looks freaky as hell. No weapons, nothing but a flashlight, can't fight back, basic survival horror with a lot of twists.

Should be an interesting game although I'm not sure I would get through it haha.

Forgot to mention a few key details. It is for PS+ and for the PS4 😛

Tomorrow PS+ members get Bioshock Infinite for the PS3 😀

Yeah I fixed it, thanks for the catch. I was surprised when I read the article about bioshock. Great game too, but I got mine free with my gpu.
 
I've watched a good amount of this from a friend streaming it on PC. It is pretty good. The story isn't great though. The atmosphere and the use of the camera are really nice (you have to use your camera's night vision view to see most of the game).

If I had a PS4, I'd pick this up. It is definitely a good game. A bit short, but free is free right?

I just downloaded DMC the other day for PS3, and it is about to go away. >_>

Yeah the story is not good but gameplay wise it will scare the daylights out of you.
 
I can't see the link, but I am assuming this is Conan O'Brian and not Conan the barbarian?

I am a fan of one of those, and the other isn't a Cimmerian who would become king.

yeah, for not being a PS+ Member forever on ps3....it's nice to get those freebies! PS+ on ps3 right now is very very good

I haven't even bought a game yet on ps4 lol :\

I have 4 games for ps4 plus whatever they gave out for free. But I'm still looking into ps3 games too. They have some nice titles.
 
So, have you guys played it yet? I made it about 30 minutes in and had to turn it off for the night.

Same here. I'm at the part where you need to go to the basement and turn on some generators. I stopped there because I kept dying. The fact that its pitch black all the time makes it more intense. That and you can't do anything but hide. At times you even get found too.

Definately not something I want to play at night in a creaky apartment.
 
I'm a few hours in and am really enjoying it. I only play it at night though, otherwise I would be finished with it by now. I really like it.

That section was quite stressful.
 
I can't play the game at night. I'll usually try and play during the day if I have time. It does a very good job of keeping you tense.
 
Heh...yesterday I ran out of batteries for the camera and around the corner I die...just about every time. When I don't I die in the next hallway. I'm totally lost now so I'll have to try backtracking. When you can't see...yeah it's creepy.

You haven't played it yet, though!

In the basement there are many sections where it's literally pitch black. 100% black. Unless you use your camera, which actually doesn't have good night vision really, and cranks through batteries fast, so you're using it sparingly. It's rather unnerving.
 
I just got past that part now. I did run out of batteries in the next section. It's hard to look for them if you are being chased by creeps throughout. I'm actually playing right now and if I can get past this part I'll stop for now and continue later.
 
I passed the game, and I loved it. I don't remember the last time I screamed like a little girl playing a video game. Seems to me it gets scarier towards the end (not the very far end).

Ending is interesting...
