Use it in strict mode and it will allow only one IE window but you can open more windows if you hold shift or Ctrl keys. I use it when I surf illegal sites 🙂 and it works great!!!

This is why I use Opera. Popup blocking, download resuming, and best of all - the windows open in a program, so they don't litter your tray.

Is the best browser ever made and I never had any kind of problems with Java or Pop-ups since I switched from IE/Netscape BS

I switched to opera from this week. It's good. Do anyone know if we can switch off the advertisements coming in it ?

The only way to turn off the advertising is to register it.. or crack it, but that is illegal.
