Thanks BU2John, just got my free plus for xp in the mail today.

. . . Wife says "What's that now?"

I say "Nothing, it was free." 🙂

Yep, I only confirm that this Plus! sucks. When I found out that everything in this thing is castrated, I was really disappointed and even the aquarium screensaver couldn't make up for it. NOT worth the hassle of going with MSN and cancelling.

Well I signed up cause my Cox @home account could die in 2 minutes....and anytime after....so I downloaded the software (as much as I hated MSN last time I had them, Netzero as was suggested to us @home members is no option!)

Here's to hoping I never have to use it....

Cheers! 😀

Using this msn, thing sure has got a pretty interface...of course its real late at night and you should get faster connections but I,ve been really zipping around the net for this only being a 56k...of course I don,t even wanta think about downloading...this msn buryies itself into the system like IE, seems to automate everything pretty good...

Hehe....My wife doesn't even ask anymore. She just assumes i've gotten a good deal from Anandtech.

I am glad everyone is getting the plus cd. I installed mine and duh, I can't even install half the cool stuff. I only have an 8 mb video card in my lappy. Oh well. Enjoy everyone. 🙂

Better watch out, they had me double billed...they had one from Nov 20th when I ordered disc. and one from Dec 1st when I installed..I had checked online and was thinking no rush as it says account started Dec 1st...Called billing to drop and they cancelled the Nov 20th account and gave me a cancellation # but said to drop service completely I,d have to call 1-800-221-7779..

So after 20mins. on hold, The person I get says well you havn,t had it that long, I,ll give you another month free and all you have to do is call by Feb 1st and its not costing you anything, with a little sales pitch...He says hang onto it for a little while longer even if you switch, for back up...So I says OK, but I,ll probabley be calling back to cancell..

Perhaps I shouldn't say this because YMMV, but two years ago when I tried MSN, before they went to 21.95 I could not cancel them; every month when I decided that's it, they're cancelled, I got an extension. I'd call and tell them why I was cancelling and they'd extend my free service. In the next month I really had problems and they wanted to make it right so they gave me two months free. As I recall, something bizarre happened and they ended up giving me another 3 months so in the end it was 9 or 10 months of free MSN.

PLUS! XP is a real WASTE. I have it and it's really worthless. But if you want it for free get it [link deleted]

Links to warez are not welcome on our forums. Now, you aren't, either.

Good bye.

where can you get the codes for all those programs

All codes that I'm willing to give away are in the same directory with the ISOs...

Some of that software doesn't require a CD Key and some of it does... for the stuff that does and there is no CD Key available on nightmare you're on your own...

However, the Short Family Start Page might have something helpful in your quest.
