It's boring as heck, but they've sucked for about a decade now, so the fact we don't have to spend a cent to hear that they're still living up their own rectums does qualify this as a HOT deal.

You shouldn't hold your feelings in so much. It will cause high blood pressure and ulcers.
So please, let go of your hang-ups and let us know how you really feel.

Um, I don't listen to country music. PJ lost the plot about halfway thru Vitalogy and have sucked like a crack ho ever since. Why was Creed so popular? Because people wanted something that sounded like Pearl Jam and Pearl Jam could no longer deliver it! Creed is Pearl Jam's fault! Deal with it!

I've been forgetting to fix that forever, but isn't it ironic that you're making that nitpicking, ain't-got-nothing-else-to-complain-about complaint while forgetting to capitalize the sentence?

Free streams to hear whether an album is worth buying is hot. Pearl Jam is not. Now, go cope.

Since when do sentences start with and? Go fish somewhere else. Point of the matter is you crapped on the thread because you dont like Pearl Jam. There is no need to come into a thread and do that.

Since when do sentences have two carriage returns in the middle?!? Like this:

Sorry that your unrequited love for Eddie Vedder has made you a bit twitchy when attempting to smack down those who don't have their bedroom walls covered with posters of the Moaning One. With therapy and medication, your condition has a high probability of being successfully managed. Good luck and I'd better let you get back to filling notebooks with your signature practicing:

Mrs. Eddie Vedder
Mrs. Eddie Vedder
Mrs. Eddie Vedder
Mrs. Eddie Vedder
Mrs. Eddie Vedder

whether you like their music or not, you gotta give em credit for sticking up for fans and musicians and giving something back.

Fighting ticketmaster with their own money,
releasing live copies of all their shows on cd,
making their shows available for download the night of the show,
awesome concert tickets to fan club members,
(2 - 8th row tickets at ford center: $70 / http://www.billrae.com/pj/12.jpg )
christmas singles,
benefit shows,
and all the charity work they do for bridge school and crohns disease and the hungry and homeless around seattle.

more than MOST bands or performers will ever do.

Sure, they're nice to their fans. It's not too hard when they only have 20 or 30 left after deciding that living in their colons was preferable to making listenable music. I used to be a fan, but I got tired of their lazy, arrogant attitudes and Vedder's ego. So I walked and you stayed. Your loss, not mine.

I've said that the ability to sample an entire album online is hot and more releases should be available for preview cuz it'll take away the number one excuse of the downloaders. Get over it, Francis.

20 or 30 fans?

You do realize they sell out nearly every show they play and they're still playing large arenas, right?

Their popularity definitely isn't the same as in '95, but it's not too far off anymore. Most of the fans still are fans. And the real gems actually came after Vitalogy. Yield is a stunning album. By far the best they've done and while No Code was a drastic change, it was a great disc. Binaural and Riot Crap (Act), eh. I'm a big PJ fan, but those aren't that good.

They still put on the best rock show in the country though.

Do you realize that I don't care?

Let it go, people. Go let the streaming golden shower of Pearl Jam's aural ecstacy wash over you and bring you joy.

That's pretty funny stuff. I listen to Pearl Jam, don't really care what other's think about me listening to Pearl Jam, but still think this is one of the funniest things I've heard in quite some time.

yeah it is pretty funny.

the very personal and deep rooted anger and constant references to the anal area and urinary functions embedded into each comment makes me laugh too. Where is this anger rooted, and what is with the obsession with ass and pee ?

Come on guys, stop being so nasty to each other here. I think it's time for a great big group hug.

aww, that's better.

Now, let's direct that hatred towards something worth hating... Creed.

bad spelling, bad grammar. not my day.

At least Pearl Jam respects their fans unlike Metallica. (taking their fans to court for doing something they did themselves to get popular) Yes I miss AIC as well! R.I.P. Layne

You lost all your credibility the second you slipped your head out of your @ss to make that statement. Every statement you've made beyond it serves no other purpose than to make yourself look stupid.
