On the upgrade page, it suggests you log into your account to see if any upgrades or updates are available. I registered, downloaded, and logged into the account they sent me in the registration email (along with login/password for the software). There are no upgrades/updates available.

That still leaves a question in my mind whether HD Mgr 8 (Special Edition), which we downloaded, will work with Vista. Their Personal Edition of HD Mgr 8 shows the "easy Vista update" banners.

Hard disk manager 8.5 (the vista version) is not available yet, so no way you are going to see it in the list of upgrades available.

anyone get the boot up disk to work? You can make a emergency bootdisk (CD/DVD/floppy), but i made a cd, and it doesn't work. When i boot up with it I get a black screen with a blinking dash on the upper left hand corner.

Run setup in win 2K compatibility mode. Works with Vista 64-BIT. I've used their 2005 version, which I believe is even older

anyone know how big the download is? couldn't find answer on links or paragon's site (didn't spend hours looking, but did browse a bit). I have dial up so if its fair size would need to borrow friend's computer for a bit.

This still works if anyone needs it. I just registered and installed today, used it to convert an old drive to NTFS.
