I've seen a few teenagers driving around with "FREE NP" written on cardboard and but in their rear window, or on bumper stickers, etc. Has anybody else seen this? I assume they're trying to liberate 'NP', but I guess it's possible that they're giving away free samples of 'NP' as well.

What does this mean? Is it local, or have other people seen this?

I thought that was Tibet... could be both, but google search doesn't turn up much for free nepal.
