That's really a great deal if you do not need it for any MS OS after '98SE. You need the 2001 version for W2k, but the speed disk utility is worth 10 bucks by itself and you'll get 'the works!'

I bought several items and the UPS Ground shipping was under $6.00 which is reasonable.

Just to mention that when purchasing multiple items Direct Deals did not play games with S&H . I bought 3 items and S&H was around $6.00 for the entire order.
