Do you all just "Make Up" a company name since its a required field? I assume most of you have nothing to do with this industry and when they get 10,000 request for this lamp over the weekend they will cancel all orders. I usually avoid trying to get freebies like this since you have to lie to try and get the product.

 
Um, yeah I work at Germco, and we use tape thingys all the time, just wish the last basturd would fill it when he uses the last of it.

I happen to work for a software company that uses a lot of hardware, so I didn't have to make up a name. I gave the company name and answered the questions truthfully. I don't think this place actually expects that everyone who requests a lamp is gonna fit the bill of using the specific kinds of tape hardware that they are asking about.

I would expect that they will send out at least some of these lamps...

I am not in!!! I worked for a couple!!! of strtups, here is what you can expect:

They have 1 (ONE) lamp, hence "while supplies last" which will probably stay in the office, while they collect enough emails to start spamming them with their marketing stuff (can't blame them either, not enough money to buy an existing list) 🙂 🙂
