free multi-user (4) video conferencing?

I'm looking for some software that'll allow up to 4 people to videoconference with eachother - as far as I know, Skype and MSN allow only one connection at a time. There was a plugin a couple of years ago for Skype called Festoon that did this, but that seems to have disappeared.

Free is important - I could possibly justify paying a pit up-front for the software, but monthly fees are a no-go.

Anybody?

Google hangouts seems like a good option for this kind of thing.
