Be prepared for those who got screwed by TigerDirect rebates to point that out, (it does leave a lingering bad feeling), and they will want to caution others based on their experience. Keep digging to find deals and dont get discouraged by whats gonna happen when TigerDirect gets mentioned here.
 
i've read a lot of bad stories about Soyo rebates also. it seems like a lot of people over at fw got screwed over by Soyo (i think it was over a free motherboard promotion)



 
Yes, many people had big problems with other Soyo rebates from these motherboard deals. That, combined with the fact that it's from Tigerdirect, means big red flag on this one. Deal at your own risk.

nice post flatbroke - much nicer than I might have phrased it.

TigerDirect people spam these forums. When I see an 18 post member putting up a TigerDirect deal, that's usually what I assume I'm seeing. But you can never tell, I suppose.

It sure is interesting that Soyo is offering rebates on other mobo's too... Makes you wonder. I already took a chance on the newegg V1.0. Don't think I'm gonna press my luck...
